1-hour Coaching Session

Service Description

The one-off coaching session option is great if you are looking for advice on a specific situation/issue or just want to 'give coaching a go'. It is also possible to "pay as you go" for a longer coaching program. During the session we will use one or more of the exercises from the Your Story Coaching Approach. You will also be given take-home exercises so you can continue your journey outside of the coaching sessions. Coaching sessions are available in-person and online.
